RESOLUTION NO. 81-167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN ISSUANCE
OF BONDS BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana, by its Resolution No. 81-103 desires to
issue its bonds in connection with its Major Rehabilitation
Program for the purpose of providing financial assistance to
Steven J. Keiser and Paula B. Keiser for rehabilitation of
property owned by them located at 414/416 West Fourth
Street;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
has reviewed said Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program,
and pursuant to California Health and Safety Code ~ 33640,
desires to approve said bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
