RESOLUTION NO. 81-168
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 80-892 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF ST. GERTRUDE PLACE AND LYON STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 80-892
pertaining to the division of property located on the
southwest corner of St. Gertrude Place and Lyon Street was
conditionally approved by this Council on October 6, 1980,
and will expire on October 6, 1981, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 80-892 be, and the s~e is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to October 6, 1982,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council
ADOPTED, this 26th day of 0ct0ber , 1981,
by the following vote:
