RESOLUTION NO. 81- 193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ZONING
ADMINISTRATOR'S DENIAL OF MINOR EXCEPTION
APPLICATION NO. 81-25 AND DENYING APPEAL
NO. 455 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2317 WEST
FIRST STREET
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council on the action taken by the Zoning Administrator
in denying Minor Exception Application No. 81-25, which
application seeks to allow the sale of beer and wine for on-
site consumption in an existing restaurant at 2317 West
First Street in the C2 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Zoning
Administrator denying Minor Exception Application No. 81-
25, and deny Appeal No. 455.
2. That the City Council adopts as its findings
of fact for the denial of Minor Exception Application No. 81-
25, that certain report entitled "Finding of Pact, Minor
Exception 81-25," submitted by the Zoning Administrator and
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council.
