RESOLUTION NO. 81- 196
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A CERTIFICATE
OF COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO THE SUBDIVISION
MAP ACT FOR A PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED
BY HOWARD RUBENSTEIN AND OTHERS AND LOCATED
AT 1002 EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. A Certificate of Compliance for a parcel of
real property owned by Howard Rubenstein and others and
located at 1002 East Seventeenth Street, in the form set
forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, is hereby approved, for recordation in
accordance with Section 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act
of the State of California.
2. The Acting Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to execute the said Certificate of Compliance on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana and to cause the same to be
recorded in the Official Records of Orange County.
