A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR PROPOSED
JUNIPER AVENUE CROSSING BETWEEN SUSAN STREET AND HARBOR BLVD
WHEREAS, Juniper Avenue is vital to the circulation of traffic in this
area; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Commission approval requires an agreement
between the Southern Pacific Transportation Company and the City of Santa Ana
prior to construction; and
WHEREAS, the developer in this area has agreed to assume all costs of
construction of said crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA resolves that
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement.
