RESOLUTION NO. 8264
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA SETTING INSURANCE
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALE OF SAFE AND
SANE FIREWORKS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA as follows:
1. The minimum amounts of public liability and property
damage insurance covering the operation of a stand and
premises for the sale of safe and sane fireworks shall be
Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), combined single
limit.
2. That portion of Resolution No. 79-54, adopted
April 2, 1979, which is inconsistent with the provisions of
this resolution, is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED, this l?th day of Ma.y , 1982.
