RESOLUTION NO. 82-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTATIVE PARCEL
MAP 81-882 SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1650 EAST FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 81-882 per-
taining to the division of property located at 1650 East
Fourth Street was conditionally approved by this Council on
July 6, 1981 would expire on July 6, 1982, unless extended
by this Council, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-
105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an exten-
sion to the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel Map~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Tenta-
tive Parcel Map No. 81-882 be, and the same is, hereby
extended for a period of one year to July 6, 1983, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as previously
imposed on the approval of said map by this Council.
