RESOLUTION NO. 82- 131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE
DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 82-5
AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 465 FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 400 NORTH TUSTIN AVENUE
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on September 7, 1982,
on the action taken by the Planning Commission in denying
Variance Application No. 82-5, which application seeks to
allow an additional exterior sign on the building parapet in
the LP District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Com-
mission in denying Variance Application No. 82-5, and deny
Appeal No. 465.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for denial of Variance Application No. 82-5
that certain "Finding of Fact, Variance Application No. 82-
5," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission, on
file in the Office of the Clerk~of the Council, and incor-
porated by reference herein as though fully set forth.
