RESOLUTION NO. 83-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT NO. 64573, CONTRACT NO. 64-573
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process of constructing
the Santa Ana Orange County Transportation Center, and
WHEREAS, several delays have occurred to prolong the completion date
of the project, and
WHEREAS, the agreement with the State of California regarding State
funding has a completion date of February 1, 1983, and
WHEREAS, several changes have occurred in the nomenclautre of Federal
and State Regulations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the amendment to Agreement No. 64573 regarding the extension of time of completion
from February 1,1983 to December 31, 1984 and also regarding minor changes in
nomenclature of State and Federal Regulations.
ADOPTED this 17th day of January , 1983.
