A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
COMMITTING THE CITY FINANCIALLY TO THE SANTA ANA/ORANGE
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process of constructing the
Santa Ana/Orange County Transportation Center, and
WHEREAS, the funding through the State requires that a review
be made, and,
WHEREAS, the City has requested that the review be waived, and
WHEREAS, The City must present financial committment to the project
before the State can consider a waiver,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the City of Santa Ana is financially committed to the project in
the amount of $2,024,312.
ADOPTED THIS 17th day of January , 1983.
