RESOLUTION NO. 83-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 80-889 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1020 NORTH BROADWAY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 80-889 pertaining to
the division of property located at 1020 North Broadway was
conditionally approved by this Council on January 19, 1981,
would expire on January 19, 1983, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 80-889 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to January 19, 1984,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
ADOPTED this 17th day of January ,
1982.
