RESOLUTION NO. 83-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that those certain recordings, maintained by the Clerk of
the Council, which are specified and listed hereinbelow, all
of which are more than two years old, are no longer required
to be maintained by the city, and, that the written consent
of the City Attorney to the destruction of the same has been
filed with this Council, to wit:
REEL-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE
FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
January 7 and 21 (2 tapes),
February 4 and 19, 1980
March 3 and 17, 1980
April 7, 15, and 21, 1980
May 5, 12, and 19 (2 tapes),
June 2, 16 (2 tapes),'21 and
July 1, 14 (2 tapes), and 21
August 4 and 18, 1980

September 2 (2 tapes) and 15 (2 tapes), 1980

November 3, 17 (2 tapes), and 22, 1980

2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the

provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the
State of California.
ADOPTED this 7th day of February 1983.
