RESOLUTION NO. 83- 45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 10920 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF CHESTNUT AVENUE AND MAPLE STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 10920 pertaining to
the division of property located on the northwest corner of
Chestnut Avenue and Maple Street, was conditionally approved
by this Council on April 21, 1980, would expire on April 21:,
1983, unless extended by this Council pursuant to the
provisions of Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Tract Map No. 10920 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of six months to October 1, 1983,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
ADOPTED this 18th day of April ,
1983.
