RESOLUTION NO. 83-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
REVIEW COMMITTEE AND ADOPTING INTERIM DESIGN AND
DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OR DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That a Development Standards Review Committee
be and hereby is established to develop design and de-
velopment standards for submittal to the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana.
2. That said Development Standards Review
Committee be composed of two (2) members of the Planning
Commission, one (1) member from the Cultural Heritage
Evaluation Committee, one (1) member from the Marks His-
torical Rehabilitation Financing Program Citizens Advisory
Board, one (1) member appointed by the Santa Ana Chamber of
Commerce, and two (2) members appointed by the City Council.
ADOPTED this 20th day of June
