A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA RESCINDING TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP 11921 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
521-591 N. TUSTIN, SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, Village Investments, Inc., submitted
Tentative Tract Map 11921 to convert a 266 unit apartment
complex, located at 521-591 N. Tustin Avenue, into a "buil-
dings only" condominium development; and
WHEREAS, on August 1, 1983, the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana approved said Tentative Tract Map
11921 pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, as a result of a challenge to the pro-
cedure used in said approval, Village Investments, Inc., has
requested recission of said Tentative Tract Map 11921 in
order to refile a tract map under different procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that approval of Tentative Tract
Map 11921 is hereby rescinded.
