RESOLUTION NO. 84-17
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY O~ SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED B~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that those certain recordings, maintained by the Clerk of
the Council, which are specified and listed hereinbelow, all
of which are more than two years old, are no longer required
to be maintained by the city, and, that the written consent
of the City Attorney to the destruction of the same has been
filed with this Council to wit:
REEL-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE
FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
January 5 (2 tapes) & 19 1981
February 2 & 17 1981
March 2, 10, 16 (2 tapes) & 21 1981
April 6, 14 & 20 1981
May 4 (2 tapes), 18 & 26 1981
June 1 & 15 1981
July 6, 17 & 20 1981
August 3, 17 & 27 1981
September 8 (2 tapes) & 21 (2 tapes) 1981
October 5, 15 & 26 1981
November 2 & 16 1981
December 7 & 21 1981
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the
RESOLUTION NO. 84-17

provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the
State of California.
ADOPTED this 21st day of February
