RESOLUTION NO. 84- 79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A CONTRACT FOR THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA WATER AUDIT AND LEAK DETECTION PROJECT AND
DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESEN-
TATIVE FOR SUCH PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that pursuant and subject to all of the terms, conditions and
provisions of Chapter 12.5, Division 7, of the Water Code of the
State of California and all amendments thereto, relating to domes-
tic water supplies, application by this City of Santa Ana be made
to the State Department of Water Resources, for a grant to conduct
a Water Audit and Leak Detection Survey of the City's water system;
that the City Manager of said City of Santa Aha be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the necessary data to be prepared,
and investigations to be made, and in the name of said City to sign
and file such application with the said State Department of Water
Resources.
