A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECOTE
SUPPLflMENT NO. 30 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREM~ENT NO.
07--5063 TO IMPROVE THE RAILROAD (]BOSSING AT DYER NOAD
AND AT&SF RAIL$~AY TRACKS XING NO. 2-179.3-C
~EREAS, the City of Santa Ana desires to provide
improvement to the railroad crossings in the city; and
WMEREAS, the crossing at Dyer Road and the ATSF Railway
Tracks presently has no crossing protection; and
W~EREAS, the Federal Highway Safety Act provides for
assistance in the anount of 90% of the cost of the improvements; and
WHEREAS, the 10% local agency matching funds are
available,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute Suppl~ent No. 30 to Local ~ency ~re~nent
No. 07-5063 to improve the railroad crossing at Dyer Road and the
ATSF Railway Tracks.
