RESOLUTION NO. 86-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY RE-
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
THE CITY, AND ALLAN AND SARA FAINBARG.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain "Agreement for Sale of Real Property"
between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana, the City of Santa Ana, and Allan Fainbarg and Sara
Fainbarg, as co-trustees of the Fainbarg Trust established
April 19, 1982, in the form presented to the City Council
this date, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City.
2. The Mayor is further authorized to execute a grant
deed on behalf of the City for the conveyance by the City to
the Agency of the property described as the "City Property"
in the aforesaid agreement.
3. The City Council hereby finds and determines that
the consideration received by the Agency for the aforesaid
"City Property" is not less than the fair market value thereof,
in accordance with the covenants and conditions governing the
sale thereof.
ADOPTED this 15th day of July , 1986.
