RESOLUTION NO. 86-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME WHEN MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 84-23
SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1722 NORTH BROADWAY
WHEREAS, Minor Exception No. 84-23 allowing development
of a 44-foot high building, waiving the restriction on building
height, on property located at 1722 North Broadway, was approved
on October 17, 1984; and
WHEREAS, said minor exception will expire due to non-
use on October 17, 1986 unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said minor exception has
requested an extension of the expiration date of said minor
exception;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Minor Exception
No. 84-23 is hereby extended to October 17, 1987, subject to the
same conditions and requirements as originally imposed on the
approval of said minor exception.
