(b) It shall make such studies as it may deem
necessary for the formulation of Museum policies,
or to determine the wisdom and efficacy of the
policies, plans and procedures of the Bowers Museum.
(c) It may appoint from time to time, committees
as deemed advisable to render counsel and advice on
any designated matters or subjects as desired by the
Board of Governors.
That Resolution No. 83-54, adopted May 2, 1983, is hereby
repealed.
