A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA
AND SANTA FE RAILROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process
of constructing the Santa Ana Regional Transportation
Center; and
WHEREAS, new platforms are necessary to
accommodate the new center; and
WHEREAS, the Construction and Maintenance
Agreement dated December 14, 1983 between the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and the City of Santa
Ana requires a separate agreement covering the 9assenger
platforms
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the agreement
to accomplish this work.
