RESOLUTION NO. 85-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS
IN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the destruction of the following records by the
Executive Director of the Economic Development Agency is hereby
approved, in accordance with Government Code Section 34090:
Any and all certified mail receipts, returned envelopes, and
notices pertaining to the Joint Public Hearing on the 1975
amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Redevelop-
ment Project Area.
