RESOLUTION NO. 85-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL'OF
THE.CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 84-123 PERTAINING TO
AN APPLICATION FOR STATE FUNDING FOR
THE SANTIAGO PARK LAWN BOWLING CLUB-
HOUSE AND COMMUNITY ROOM
WHEREAS, this Council adopted its Resolution No.
84-123 on October 15, 1984 to apply for State funding for the
Santiago Park Lawn Bowling Clubhouse and Community Room; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 84-123 erroneously refer-
red to said application as being made pursuant to the "California
Park and Recreational Facilities Act of 1984," whereas it was
intended that said application be made pursuant to the "Roberti-
Z'berg Urban Open Space and Recreation Program;"
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that Resolution No. 84-123 of this Council
is hereby amended as follows:
1. The first recital therein is amended to read as
follows:
"WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of
California has enacted the Roberti-Z'berg Urban
Open-Space and Recreation Program, which provides
funds to certain political subdivisions of the State
of California for acquiring lands and for developing
facilities to meet urban recreation needs; and"
2. Section 1 of the said Resolution 84-123 is
amended to read as follows:

"1. Approves the filing of an application
for funding for the Santiago Park Lawn Bowling Club-
house and Community Room project under the Roberti-
Z'berg Urban Open-Space and Recreation Program; and"
ADOPTED this 17th day of June , 1985.
