A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE PURSUANT
TO THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT FOR A
PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY
ROBERT F. WINKLER AND HUMIKO WINKLER
AND LOCATED AT 2277 NORTH WESTWOOD
AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. A Certificate of Compliance for a parcel of real
property owned by Robert F. Winkler and Humiko Winkler and
located at 2277 North Westwood Avenue, in the form set forth
in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved, for recordation in accordance
with Section 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Actof the State
of California.
2. The Executive Directive of the Public Services Agency
authorized to execute the said Certificate of Compliance on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana and to cause the same to be
recorded in the Official Records of Orange County.
