RESOLUTION NO. 87-6&
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIG-
NATING REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA
NO. 6 FOR STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Commun-
ity Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections
33000 e__t seq.) provides that redevelopment survey areas may
be designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
desires tht areas of the City of Santa Ana hereinafter
designated be studied to determine whether a redevelopment
project or projects within said areas are feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana, California, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby designates as Redevelop-
ment Survey Area No. 6 that area shown and described on the
map attached hereto and incorporated herein as "Exhibit A".
2. The City Council hereby finds that the designated
survey area requires study to determine if a redevelopment
project or projects within said area is feasible.
3. Resolution No. 87-48 of this Council, adopted
June 15, 1987, is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED this 20th day of July , 1987.
