A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-59 TO ADD THE NEW MIDDLE- MANAGEMENT CLASS OF ENTERPRISE MANAGER TO THE BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN FOR UNREPRESENTED MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, on July 7, 1986, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. 86-59, re-establishing the Basic Classification and Compensation Plan for classes of employment designated as unrepresented executive and middle-management, and WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification and pay plan subject to civil service rules and regulations and the approval of the City Council; and WHEREAS, it is now desired to again amend said Resolution in order to add a new middle-management classification to the classification and pay plan for unrepresented executive and middle management personnel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: 1. That Section 3B of Resolution No. 86-59, as amended pertaining to middle-management classes of employment, is hereby further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the new class of ENTERPRISE MANAGER and assigning such new class to Salary Rate Range No. M-18 which includes minimum to maximum hiring rates of $3372 to $4008 per month. 2. That this Resolution shall be operative from and after August 1, 1987. ADOPTED this ]7th day of AuguSt , 1987.
