RESOLUTION NO. 87-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME WHEN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
85-42, GRANTED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 227 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, SHALL
EXPIRE.
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 85-18, to permit
the development of a mini-storage facility on property located
at 227 South Harbor Boulevard in the C2 use district, was
granted by the Planning Commission on September 23, 1985 and
became effective on October 21, 1985; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit will expire on
October 21, 1987 due to non-use unless extended by this Council;
and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Conditional Use Permit
has requested an extension of the expiration date of said
Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension
is appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Conditional
Use Permit No. 85-42 is hereby extended to October 21, 1988,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as originally
imposed on the approval of said Conditional Use Permit.
ADOPTED this ]6th day of November , 1987.
