RESOLUTION NO. 88-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE GENERAL PLAN TO PLACE THE HARBOR BOULEVARD
CORRIDOR IN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL LAND USE
DESIGNATION (GPA 87-2)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Santa Ana, after duly notified public hearing, approved an
amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public
hearing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of
said General Plan amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Land Use Element of the
General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended by
designating the Harbor Boulevard corridor, as identified in
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, as
Commercial.
