RESOLUTION NO. 88-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME WHEN VARIANCE NO. 86-3, GRANT-
ED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 607-615
EAST FIRST STREET, SHALL EXPIRE.
WHEREAS, Variance No. 86-3, to permit an automobile
repair facility in the C5 distrit on property located at 607-
615 East First Street, was granted by the Planning Commission
on March 24, 1986 and became effective on April 21, 1986; and
WHEREAS, said Variance will have expired on April 21,
1988 due to non-use unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Variance has requested
an extension of the expiration date of said Variance; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension
is appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Variance
NO. 86-3 is hereby extended to April 21, 1989, subject to the
same conditions and requirements as originally imposed on the
approval of said Variance.
