RESOLUTION NO. 88-7]
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-99
RELATING TO THE TERM OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS
OF THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.
of the City of Santa Ana established

WHEREAS, the term of office of members of the Human
Relations Commission established by Resolution NO. 84-99 is
inconsistent with the terms of office of boards and commissions
as set forth in Section 901 of the Charter of the City of Santa
Ana; and

desires to make the terms of office of

commissions of the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana:
1. Section 9 of Resolution No. 84-99 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"9. The provisions of Section 901 of the
Charter of the City of Santa Ana as it now exists
or as hereafter amended relating to appointments,
removals, vacancies and terms of office of members
of boards and commissions are hereby incorporated
herein by reference."
2. Except as amended by this Resolution, all other
provisions of Resolution No. 84-99 shall remain in full force
and effect and made applicable to the Human Relations Commission.
