RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
CHANGING THE ADDRESS OF THE HARMON-McNEIL HOUSE
ON THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REGISTER OF HISTORIC PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha has provided, in Chapter
30 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code for the maintenance of the City of Santa Aha
Register of Historical Property, to include such property as the City Council
determines to have architectural or historical significance in accordance with
the standards set forth in Section 30-2 of the said Code; and
WHEREAS, designation of property as Historical Property promotes
rehabilitation by allowing the application of the State Historical Building
Code and, as to property within a historical rehabilitation area, by giving
eligibility for historical rehabilitation financing; and
WHEREAS, the property set forth hereinafter has been designated as
Historical Property by the City Council by Resolution No. 83-128 when said
structure was located at 322 E. Chestnut; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to this Council action, said structure has been
relocated to 817 N. Lacy Street;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
that:
1. The following building is found to meet the standards for designation
as historical property set forth in Section 30-2 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code and has been designated as Historical Property, and is to be included
in the City of Santa Ana Register of Historical Property; with the location
changed from 322 E. Chestnut to 817 N. Lacy Street as shown below:

2. For the abovesaid property, the Clerk of the Council is authorized to
make this address change in the City of Santa Aha Register of Historical
Property.
