A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE DESTRUC-
TION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE PLANNING
AND BUILDING SAFETY AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the destruction by the Executive Director of
Planning and Building Safety of the following records is
hereby approved, in accordance with Government Code section
34090:
1. Closed files, more than two years old, pertaining
to Notices of Violation or NOtices and Orders issued against
structures which have been demolished.
2. Closed files, more than two years old, pertaining
to Notices of Violation or Notices and Orders issued against
properties and/or structures as to which no violations have
been observed through systematic patrol and no complaints
have been received within the last three years.
