RESOLUTION NO. 89-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
A FREEWAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACTING BY AND
THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR-
TATION, AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, the State of California, acting by and through
its Department of Transportation, has provided the City of Santa
Ana with a proposed Freeway Agreement, which proposed agreement
is identified by the State as follows:

From 0.2 Mile North of
to Santa Ana River
4th Street
12-ORA-22 10.0/11.0
From the Westerly City limit
near Bristol Street to
Main Street
12-ORA-57 10.5/10.9
From Route 22 to Route 5
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the said Freeway Agreement is here-
by approved and the mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
