A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSfIgTING TO
C~T.~.T~G A PU~.TC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED
WIDENING OF WE~I~I~ AVt~UE FRCM
FAIRVIEW STREET TO EUCLID STREET
WHEREAS, the Public Works Agency of the City of Santa Aha has
p~oposed the widening of Westminster Avenue, from Fairview to ~uclid
Streets; and
WHEREAS, Section 771.119 of the Code of Federal Regulations,
(E~virormaental Impact and Related Procedures) authorizes a public hear-
ing O~ the proposed Street Widening plan and findings as stated in the
Envirorm~ntal Assessment document, with the consent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF
SA~PA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City (buneil hereby consents to and, at the request of
the Public Works Agency and the City of C~rden Grove, calls a public
he,ring in the Santa Aha City Council Chambers, to consider and act upon
the proposed Street Widening plan and all findings as stated in the
Enviror~aental Assessment document. The time and date of such public
hearing shall he April 17, 1989, at 7:30 p.m.
2. The City Clerk for the City of Santa Ana shall, in cooper-
ation with the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, prepare,
publish, and mail such notices and documents and do all other acts as
may he necessary to carry out the purposes of this resolution.
