RESOLUTION NO. 89-3]
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
VARIANCE NO. 87-1, GRANTED FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 914 WEST EDINGER AVENUE, SHALL
EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Variance No. 87-1, to permit a retail facility
in the C1 district on property located at 914 West Edinger Avenue
became effective on May 18, 1987; and
WHEREAS, said Variance will expire on May 18, 1989 due
to non-use unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said variance has requested an
extension of the expiration date of said Variance; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension is
appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Variance No.
87-1 is hereby extended to May 18, 1990, subject to the same con-
ditions and requirements as originally imposed on the approval of
said Variance.
