RESOLUTION NO. 89-077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
86-50 ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR
THE OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 86-50 is hereby
amended by inserting the rate M-34 Step 9 under Salary Rate,
effective September 1, 1989.
2. In all other respects, the terms and conditions of
Resolution No. 86-50 shall remain in full force and effect.
ADOPTED this 21st day of August , 1989.
