RESOLUTION NO. 89-(382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING A
PARKING PERMIT SYSTEM FOR USE IN CER-
TAIN METERED PARKING LOTS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, this Council has authorized the installation
of parking meters in those municipal parking lots located on
the north side of Third Street east of Bush Street and at 308
North Bush Street;
WHEREAS, it is now desired to provide a parking per-
mit system for some users of the abovesaid parking lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

establish and implement a parking permit system in the above-
said municipal parking lots, subject to the following conditions.

4. Permits shall be issued only to persons having a
special need therefore, as determined by the downtown develop-
ment director.
5. The metered parking restrictions applicable to the
abovesaid municipal parking lots shall not be in effect with
regard to any parking space occupied by a vehicle displaying

a permit duly issued by the downtown development director pur-
suant to this resolution.
