A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL
NO. 042 TO LOCAL AGt~qCY - STATE AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS NO. 12-5063.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that that certain agreement between the City of Santa Ana and
the State of California entitled "Progrem Supplement No. 042 to
Local A~ency - State A~reement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 12-5063"
is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute the s~e
on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this 5th day of September , 1989.
