RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF SANTA ANA
CONSENTING TO AND CALLING A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPHENT PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPHENT PROJECT
I~IEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Aha has
prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, Section 33355 of the California Community Redevelopment Law
(Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 e~ seo.) authorizes a Joint public
hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan with the consent of the
Redevelopment Co~nisston, the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Arm as follows:
1. The City Council hereby consents to and, at the request of the
Redevelopment Commission and the Redevelopment Agency, calls a joint
public hearing of the Redevelopment Agency, the Redevelopment Commission
and the City Council in the Santa Aha Council Chambers, to consider and
act upon the proposed Redevelopment Plan and all documents and evidence
pertaining thereto. The time and date of such Joint public hearing shall
be October 17, 1989, 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
be heard.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana shall, in cooperation
with the Executive Director of the Commission, prepare, publish and mail
such notices and documents and do all other acts as may be necessary to
carry out the purposes of this Resolution.
