RESOLUTION NO. 89-C86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
RECEIVING ADOPTED OWNER PARTICIPATION AND PREFERENCES
RULES, PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, AND COMMISSION'S
REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission and the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Aha have submitted to the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana the Adopted Owner Participation and Preferences Rules,
and a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment
Project, accompanied by the Commission's Report to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges receipt of the Owner
Participation and Preference Rules, proposed Redevelopment Plan and the
accompanying Commission's Report to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby receives the Adopted Owner Participation
and Preference Rules, in the form attached hereto, the proposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project, in the
form attached hereto, and also hereby receives the Redevelopment
Comtssion's Report to the City Council on the Proposed Redevelopment
Plan, in the form attached hereto.
