A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-6 TO REVISE
THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SAN'CA ANA
WHEREAS, the water rates of the City of Santa Ana were previously
established at $0.59 per 100 cubic feet by Resolution No. 88-6 of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, it is nc~ desired to modify said increase in water rates
so as to maintain the current rats of $0.59 per 100 cubic feet until January
1, 1990 and increase said water rates to $0.625 on such date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOt.TDWS:
1. That subsection A of section 1 of Resolution No. 88-6 of the
City Council is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. WATER RATES
RATE PER 100 CUBIC FEET
ALL
*Effective January 1, 1990
$0.625*
2. The water rates of $0.59, as established by Resolution No.
88-6 of the City Council, shall continue in effect until January 1, 1990.
