A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE
CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
that the destruction by the City Attorney of the
records is hereby approved, in accordance with Govern-
Section 34090:
(a) 1985 and 1986 ABC Protest files (closed).
(b) 1985 miscellaneous criminal complaints (closed).
(c) 1985 and 1986 miscellaneous Municipal Court files
(closed).
(d) 1985 and 1986 miscellaneous Mar & Small Claims
files (closed).
(e) 1985 and 1986 miscellaneous General files (closed).
(f) 1980 - 1986 miscellaneous Workers Compensation files
(closed).
(g) 1985 and 1986 miscellaneous Correspondence.
