RESOLUTION NO. 90-040
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME WHEN VARIANCE NO. 87-12, GRANT-
ED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3601 WEST
FIRST STREET, SHALL EXPIRE.
WHEREAS, Variance No. 87-12, to permit a tire sales
facility in nonconformity with commercial development standards
on property located at 3601 West First Street, was granted by
the City Council on April 4, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said Variance will have expired on April 4,
1990 due to non-use unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Variance has requested
an extension of the expiration date of said Variance; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension
is appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Variance
No. 87-12 is hereby extended to April 4, 1991, subject to the
same conditions and requirements as originally imposed on the
approval of said Variance.
