A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-115 TO REVISE
THE WATER RATES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the water rates of the City of Santa Ana were
previously established at $0.625 per 100 cubic feet by Resolution
No. 89-115 of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to modify said increase in water
rates so as to maintain the current rate of $0.625 per 100 cubic
feet until July 1, 1990 and increase said water rates to $0.644 on
such date; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to maintain the rate of $0.644 per
100 cubic feet from July 1, 1990 until January 1, 1991 and increase
said water rates to $0.670 on January 1, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That subsection A of Section 1 of Resolution No. 89-115
of the City Council is hereby amended to read as follows:

RATE PER 100 CUBIC FEET

2. The water rates of $0.625, as established by Resolution
No. 89-115 of the City Council, shall continue in effect until July
1, 1990.
