RESOLUTION NO. 91- 033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 90-12, GRANTED FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3651 WEST SUNFLOWER
AVENUE, SHALL EXPIRE.
W~EREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 90-12, to permit the
development of a medical office building on property located at
3651 West Sunflower Avenue in the MI use district, was granted by
the Planning Commission on July 9, 1990 and became effective on
August 7, 1990; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit will expire on
August 7, 1992 due to non-use unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Conditional Use Permit has
requested an extension of the expiration date of said Conditional
Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension is
appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Conditional Use
Permit No. 90-12 is hereby extended to August 7, 1993, subject to
the same conditions and requirements as originally imposed on the
approval of said Conditional Use Permit.
