RESOLUTION NO. 91- 040
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE ORANGE
COUNTY HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, this Council, by it Resolution 89-094, has previously
approved a Hazardous Waste Management Plan prepared by the County
of Orange in accordance with Article 3.5 (commencing with section
25135) of Chapter 6.5 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code
of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan has been amended by the County of
Orange and resubmitted, as amended, to the cities within said
county for their approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the Orange County Hazardous Waste Management
Plan, as amended and resubmitted, is hereby approved by the City of
Santa Aha.
