RESOLUTION NO. 91-086
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO APPLY
FOR ARTICLE XIX TRANSIT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUNDS, AND TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE
OF SUCH FUNDS, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the
City of Santa Aha is hereby authorized to apply, on behalf of the
City of Santa Ana, for Transit Capital Improvement funds to be
utilized for right-of-way acquisition, surface parking
improvements, ticketing machines, and video information displays
and to take all actions and sign all documents pertaining to such
application on behalf of the city of Santa Ana, and to execute, on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana, an agreement for the use of such
funds as may be granted to the City of Santa Ana.
