RESOLUTION NO. 91-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING REDEVE-
LOPMENT SURVEY AREA NO. 7 FOR STUDY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redeve-
lopment Law (Health and Safety Code, sections 33000 et seq.)
provides that redevelopment survey areas may be designated by
resolution of the city council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana desires
that the area of the City of Santa Ana hereinafter designated be
studied to determine whether a redevelopment project within said
area is feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The City Council hereby designates as Redevelopment
Survey Area No. 7 that area lying within the city limits of the
City of Santa Ana as they exist on this date, exclusive of all
currently existing redevelopment project areas in the City of Santa
Ana.
2. The City Council hereby finds that the designated survey
area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within
said area is feasible.
