RESOLUTION NO. 91- 115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Transportation has presented an Agreement for maintenance of the
State Highways in the City of Santa Aha effective as of January 1,
1992 and to remain in effect until amended or terminated;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that said agreement for maintenance of the State
Highways in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
